This site, jasperhlynn.com, is operated by Rosalynn Company LLC ("we," "us") on behalf of Chef Jasper Lynn. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, why, and what you can do about it. It covers our inquiry forms and our recipe library.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Inquiry details — your name, email address, phone number, event date, guest count, and the description you provide when you use our contact form or request information about private dining, catering, classes, or brand work.
Event and menu preferences — dietary restrictions, allergies, and food preferences you share so we can plan and cook safely for you.
Recipe library sign-up — your email address if you request access to member recipes, along with which recipe prompted the request.
Correspondence — messages you send us by email, text, or form.

Information collected automatically

Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page, timestamps).
Cookies and similar technologies as described in section 7.

Information we do not collect

We do not process payments on this website. Ticketed events are sold through Tock, and event payments are handled by invoice or a third-party processor. We never see or store your full card number.

3. How we use your information

To respond to inquiries and prepare quotes and proposals.
To plan and execute your event, including accommodating allergies and dietary needs.
To send transactional messages — confirmations, reminders, and logistics for something you've booked.
To provide access to the recipe library and send updates about it if you've asked for them.
To operate, secure, and improve this website.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for their own marketing.

Consent

We only send marketing text messages to people who have given express written consent by providing a mobile number and affirmatively checking a consent box. Consent is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.

What we send

If you opt in, you may receive recurring promotional and informational text messages, including event announcements, ticket releases, reservation reminders, and booking updates. Message frequency may vary.

Cost

Standard message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's rates apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further marketing texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact concierge@rosalynn.co or (213) 714-5888.

Phone numbers given on inquiry forms

If you provide a phone number on a contact or inquiry form, we use it to reply to you about that inquiry. We do not add it to a marketing text program without your separate express consent.

Records

When you consent, we record the date and time, the page you consented on, and the exact disclosure you agreed to, and we retain that record to demonstrate compliance.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Email and the recipe library

If you request access to the recipe library or join our list, we'll email you about new recipes, classes, and events. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can email us to be removed at any time. Transactional emails about something you've booked are not marketing and will continue as needed to serve you.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

Service providers who help us operate — our web host, form and email delivery services, our ticketing platform (Tock), our business phone and messaging provider, and email marketing tools. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
Event partners where necessary to deliver an event you've booked — for example a venue, a guest chef, or a staffing partner. We share only what's needed.
Legal reasons — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rosalynn, our guests, or others.
Business transfer — if the business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies for basic functionality — for example remembering a preview setting on the recipe library. We may use analytics services to understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

8. Data retention

We keep inquiry and event records for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterward for business, accounting, and legal purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
Request a copy of it.
Request correction or deletion.
Opt out of marketing at any time.
Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email concierge@rosalynn.co. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

11. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

This site links to third parties such as Tock, Instagram, and rosalynn.co. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be posted on this page.
